Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball court, beach. Children 2 and under are free 1-day pass: $20 per person 2-day pass: $25 per person 3-day pass: $30 per person 4-day pass: $35 per person 5-day pass: $40 per person 6-day pass: $45 per person 7-day pass: $50 per person Outdoor heated pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay. Booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No Fireworks Please clean up after your pet. There will be a $50 fee if you do not pick up waste. If your pet has an accident indoors, there will be a $150 fee if using the hot tub, you must close the cover when done.
